Safety & Age Protection

The Service is reserved for adults who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Age is confirmed at registration through date of birth, and we reserve the right to request additional verification (live selfie, government-issued photo ID) at any time.

Any content or behavior involving minors, including content exploiting, grooming, or sexualizing minors, is strictly prohibited. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are suspended on the spot. Suspected CSAM is removed immediately, the account is banned, and the incident is referred to:

• The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline where applicable (report.cybertip.org);
• Romanian competent authorities and Europol;
• INHOPE network partners through inhope.org.

• Selfie verification to confirm real identity;
• 24/7 moderation team reviewing reports;
• Instant blocking and reporting tools from every profile;
• Automated detection of suspicious behavior;
• Encrypted communications (TLS 1.2+ in transit);
• Rate limiting to prevent mass harassment.

If you encounter unsafe content, underage users, or suspicious activity, use the in-app Report button on any profile or message. You may also:

• Email our trust & safety team at [email protected];
• File a DSA notice via our trusted flagger form;
• Contact local emergency services if there is an immediate threat to life (112 in the EU, 911 in the US).

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Severe reports (CSAM, imminent threat) are escalated immediately.
