Our commitment

We are committed to providing a safe environment free from fraud, scams, financial abuse, and human exploitation. We employ multiple layers of protection — technical, procedural, and human — to detect and disrupt malicious activity.

What we monitor

  • Suspicious registration patterns and bot activity;
  • Financial scams, money solicitation, and investment pitches;
  • Romance scams, catfishing, and impersonation;
  • Sextortion, blackmail, and non-consensual imagery threats;
  • Human trafficking indicators and forced-labor signals;
  • Coordinated inauthentic behavior and fake-profile networks;
  • Payment fraud: stolen cards, reshipping, friendly fraud, abnormal chargeback patterns.

Prevention measures

  • Identity verification — selfie check, optional ID verification for higher trust tiers;
  • IP, geolocation, and device fingerprinting for suspicious accounts;
  • Rate limiting on messages, likes, and new registrations;
  • Automated pattern detection for known scam vocabulary and behaviors;
  • PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processing via CCBill with 3-D Secure 2 and AVS / CVV checks;
  • Real-time block and mute tools in every chat;
  • Cooperation with payment processors, card networks, and law enforcement under valid legal process.

What you can do

  • Never send money, crypto, gift cards, or banking details to anyone you met on Liebmatch.
  • Never share personally identifying documents, passwords, or one-time codes.
