1. How billing works

Liebmatch offers two types of paid products, with prices clearly displayed in your local currency (including VAT where applicable) on the Upgrade page before any payment:

• Credit packs — one-time purchases that top up your in-app credit balance. No recurring charges.
• Subscriptions — recurring access to premium features (Silver, Gold, Platinum tiers). Rebilled automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel.

2. Recurring billing

Subscriptions auto-renew at the price shown at checkout. Before you confirm a purchase, you see:

• Tier name and included features;
• Initial price and billing period (weekly / monthly / yearly);
• Renewal price and next billing date;
• Cancellation instructions;
• Billing descriptor that will appear on your statement.

These details are also confirmed in your CCBill email receipt and visible at any time under Settings → Subscription.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time — there is no phone call, email, or waiting period required:

• In-app: Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription.
• CCBill Consumer Support portal: https://support.ccbill.com.
• Email our customer service at [email protected].

4. Refunds

Full details are in our Refund Policy. In short: unused credits and first-time subscription purchases are refundable within 14 days; consumed digital services are non-refundable.

5. Security

Card data is entered directly on CCBill’s PCI DSS Level 1 certified checkout; we never see or store full card numbers. 3-D Secure 2 (Strong Customer Authentication, PSD2) is enabled wherever supported by your bank.
