18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

TECHTONE SRL (CUI 51878627), registered at Str. Frumoasa nr. 7, Bl. 644, Sc. B, Et. 4, Ap. 17, Iași, jud. Iași, 700703, Romania, operates the online social discovery platform Liebmatch(the “Service”).

All visual depictions displayed on liebmatch.com — whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexually explicit content or otherwise — that appear on the Service are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because they do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A) (i) through (iv), or such depictions were made before July 3, 1995 or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions do not portray conduct listed in Section 2257(h)(1), as amended, and they do not portray such conduct produced after July 3, 1995, or are otherwise exempt.

User-generated visual content published on the Service is uploaded by third-party Users who have contractually represented to be adults (at least 18 years of age). Records in the possession of the Service are maintained for the purpose of age verification and content moderation only, and are subject to the Service’s Privacy Policy.

Age verification policy. Liebmatchis a strictly 18+ platform. All Users must attest to being at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher) at registration, confirm their date of birth, and may be required to submit a live selfie and/or government-issued photo ID for verification at the Company’s discretion.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content or activity involving minors is strictly prohibited. Such content is removed on detection, the associated account is banned, and the incident is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) where applicable, as well as to Romanian competent authorities and Europol.
